Interested in having somebody housesit my pet
Conversation went to a problem with my computer, and there was no problem. When I called and went through a long conversation then to get an answer, I was required to pay five dollars not going to do it.

trying to cancel sub proving v difficult and still no response???
l have been trying to cancel my subscription since last year ewhen our pet died. l have had no response to emails.
have now been charged another year that l dont require. and still cant get any response.
Resolved: Cancel membership and get a refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I signed up 90 minutes ago and what to get a refund. Another Pet Sitter just called me and can do all my upcoming dates. I cannot reach you by phone.You will get a very bad review from me if I cannot get refund

there were audible and terrifying gunshots and we have already had trauma related to shootings this month alone, where my fiances best friend was murdered (gun violence). we both are having severe health problems at the moment and are not at the capacity to petsit.

I recently became a member but the prospective sitter canceled at the last minute. Now I will probably need to pay even more than I would have paid if I had not relied on Trusted Housesitters.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I dislike the uncertainty of whether or not a confirmed sitter is going to flake out at the last minute..

Can’t login as an owner
The site keeps taking me to the pet sitter side of things.. They keep telling me the same thingto sign in and look for a sitterbut I cannot because I am on the sitter side of things..not the owner who wants to set up a time with a sitter..

You cannot speak to an actual person when issues arise. I have had a hoyse sit where I was told there was no mold and when I came from overseas, there was mold that was affecting me and making the sit impossible to complete.
Cimplaint
Host left me a1syar review with false accusations I need to report it! Its not fair that after I followed all the instructions, took care of this hosts pets to be accused that I didnt follow instructions, please do a better job with this because its not fair to be paying a membership.

Problem with Pet parent that has evolved to problem with application
Find a resolution to a problem that has been going on for months and the representative has been dragging there feet for a resolution(iit has been months since the situation started). My problem started in aug and we are now at the end of oct and I have yet to resolve the problem.
Customer service no longer answers the phone and take weeks to respond.
And WHEN they respond it takes week to follow up. They are pro pet parent and do not care about the sitters even if you are a 5 star premium sitter such as myself.

Verified Reviewer |Please create a reminder with signup that reviews be left with TrustedHousesitters as that’s what benefits the pet sitter versus leaving extended compliments or any compliments through phone texting.
Just remind the clients to leave a review with TrustedHousesitters versus doing so when texting their phone. Save all compliments for the review so that that is not overlooked in place of the compliment being in a text!
I received two great compliments from both Hayley, and James, but they did so in a text. I have yet to receive the review to Trusted House Sitters site from Hayley, and James only said that I was amazing but said much more in his final text in his final text to me on my phone. it does not serve me to have compliments on my phone but rather to save it for the TrustedHousesitters website review always! Perhaps you can create something with the customers that remind them of this.
They are getting a free pet sitter.
I am working hard to have get good reviews to continue to pet-sit. So my reward is the review for the allowance of future pet-sits.

YES I have contacted them. They did not address my complaints highlighting the host violations against their policies and code of conduct
Poor to no customer service when host had her neighbors enter the house I was sitting. and caring for.
They changed the locks.
.all of my possessions inside: food, luggage, technology, passport. I filed a complaint showing all the THS policy violations of HOST and THS did nothing about it.
