- No phone support; all contact is online, causing delays.
- The pet-sitting service is wonderful and we were about to reuse them.
First, there's no number you can call--big red flag. Everything has to be done online, and then you just have to wait for them to get around to answering.
I needed to modify a listing looking for a sitter, and time was essential because the sit was coming up quickly. Finally got a call, v but it was from ***! I can't get or make calls or texts from ***!
So my issue continues unresolved.
The pet sitting service itself is wonderful; were about to use them for the third time. But a company like this can't NOT have customer service phone access!

False complaint was exposed to a sick dog and not paid back, terminated for no reason. They did not properly refund me after 15 five-star sits!
I showed them medical reports, antibiotic prescriptions, wounds, and a doctor's report that even mentions the dog. The app agreed with me after looking at pictures of the filthy animal. I stayed as a courtesy to hand off keys.
They wrongfully terminated me because they know I have a lawsuit against the liar host. A travesty.

Earlier in life, I would've been a sitter, for sure! Now I'm a home owner with a fabulous kitty named ***.
The only problem I've had--and it's very significant--is not being able to phone anyone at THS customer service.
Emailing back and forth is no help at all!! I've been having issues updating my welcome package and other questions, including the dates of an upcoming sit, and they have just added to my frustration!!

Neglect left my 15 month kitten dead
- No UK phone number; chat is circular.
- Email promised a call; four days later no answers; reviews blocked until a sitter completes one.
No phone number in the UK , chat cant answer any questions and is circular leading to further frustration . Email received saying someone would arrange a phone call with me - four days later Im left bereaved with the answers while the sitters go on to their next sit and my poor review of them cant be posted until they complete a review. Its dishonesty at its best.

You can answer your phone to make this better. Your chat AI is worthless and if you dont answer the phone people cant get questions answered that stupid chat. AI does not work on.
